No Legal Title to Trust Estate. The Certificateholders shall not have legal title to any part of the Trust Estate. The Certificateholders shall be entitled to receive distributions with respect to their undivided beneficial interest therein only in accordance with Articles V and VIII. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title or interest of the Certificateholders to and in their ownership interest in the Trust Estate shall operate to terminate this Trust Agreement or the trusts hereunder or entitle any transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Trust Estate.
No Legal Title to Trust Estate. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.7 in the case of the Sponsor, the Unitholders shall not have legal title to any part of the applicable Fund’s Trust Estate.
No Legal Title to Trust Estate. Subject to the provisions of Section 1.9 with respect to the Manager, the Shareholders shall not have legal title to any part of the Trust Estate.

No Legal Title to Trust Estate. The Beneficial Owners shall not have legal title to the Trust Estate. The death, incapacity, dissolution, termination, or bankruptcy of any Beneficial Owner shall not result in the termination or dissolution of the Trust.

No Legal Title to Trust Estate. The Investor Certificateholder shall not have legal title to any part of the Trust Estate. The Investor Certificateholder shall be entitled to receive distributions with respect to its undivided beneficial interest therein only in accordance with Articles V and VIII. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title or interest of the Investor Certificateholder to and in their ownership interest in the Trust Estate shall operate to terminate this Agreement or the trusts hereunder, or entitle any transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Trust Estate. The Owner Trustee may, but shall not be obligated, to execute any amendment which adversely affects its rights, immunities and liabilities hereunder.
No Legal Title to Trust Estate. Section 23 of the Trust Agreement is hereby amended in total and shall hereafter read as follows:
