Notice to Administrator of Repurchase Requests. Not later than the fifth day of the month following the end of a calendar quarter (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately following Business Day), beginning April 5, 2017, the Owner Trustee shall provide to the Administrator a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit D with respect to any requests received by the Owner Trustee during the immediately preceding calendar quarter (or, in the case of the initial notice, since the Closing Date) that any Receivable be repurchased by the Depositor or the Seller pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement.
