NMG Companies definition

NMG Companies. As defined in the recitals hereof.

  • The NMG Companies shall cooperate with Bank in a timely manner (but in no event less promptly than required by Applicable Law) to resolve all disputes with Cardholders.

  • The Bank Companies shall cooperate with the NMG Companies in a timely manner (but in no event less promptly than required by Applicable Law) to resolve all disputes with Cardholders.

  • The foregoing notwithstanding, it is understood that neither Party shall be required to obtain any prior consent, but shall consult with each other to the extent practicable, with regard to (a) filings, press releases and other announcements as may be required by Applicable Law or the applicable rules and regulations of any governmental agency or stock exchange and (b) publications prepared solely by and for employees of any of the NMG Companies or the Bank Companies, or their respective Affiliates.

  • Credentialing and Peer ReviewAll credentialing is done through CCHCS.

  • To establish Texas as a domicile, a person must live in Texas with the intention of making it her fixed and permanent home.

  • NMG, on behalf of the NMG Companies, and Bank hereby establish a committee (the “Management Committee”) to oversee and review the conduct of the Program pursuant to this Agreement and to perform any other action that, pursuant to any express provision of this Agreement, requires its action.

Related to NMG Companies

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Other Founding Companies means all of the Founding Companies other than the Company.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Holding Companies means, collectively, the Company and Holdings, and each is a “Holding Company”.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • CBS shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Subsidiaries shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.
