NEWBUILDING CONTRACT definition

NEWBUILDING CONTRACT means the agreement dated 31st March, 2000 between the Time Charterer and the Builder for the design, construction, testing and delivery of the Vessel as novated in favour of the Borrower and amended pursuant to a deed of novation dated on or about the date of this Agreement between, inter alia, the Builder, the Time Charterer and the Borrower, together with the Repayment Agreement.
NEWBUILDING CONTRACT means each Company Newbuilding Contract and each Parent Newbuilding Contract.

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • Concession Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 168 and 172, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the ‘concession’).
