Networking Product definition

Networking Product means any product that provides any OSI layer 1 (physical), OSI layer 2 (datalink) or other networking layer functionality for any type of network (including local area networks (LAN), storage area networks (SAN), wide area networks (WAN), metropolitan area networks (MAN) or personal area networks (PAN)) via any medium or media whatsoever, and via any protocol or protocols whatsoever, including without limitation Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11, 802.13, cable, DSL, satellite, GPRS, 802.16, 802.20, Bluetooth, EDGE, Ultrawideband and the like. Notwithstanding the foregoing the term “Networking Product” shall not include any product that provides as a primary function automatic identification (including without limitation bar code scanning and radio frequency identification).
Networking Product means any product that provides as its primary function any OSI layer 1 (physical), OSI layer 2 (datalink) or other networking layer functionality for any type of network (including local (LAN), storage area network (SAN), wide (WAN), metropolitan (MAN) or personal (PAN) area networks) via any medium or media whatsoever, and via any protocol or protocols whatsoever, including without limitation Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11, 802.13, cable, DSL, satellite, GPRS, 802.16a, 802.20, Bluetooth, EDGE, Ultrawideband and the like.

  • Licensed User means a natural person employed by or under contract to Licensee who is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application, under this License Agreement, regardless of whether such individual is actively using the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application at any given time. Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Licensed Nurse means an Oregon licensed practical or registered nurse.

  • Medical marijuana product means a product that contains cannabinoids that have been extracted from plant material or the resin therefrom by physical or chemical means and is intended for administration to a licensed patient, including but not limited to concentrates, oils, tinctures, edibles, pills, topical forms, gels, creams, and other derivative forms, except that this term does not include live plant forms.

  • Competing Product means […***…].

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.
