Net Sale Price definition

Net Sale Price means the total received in US Dollars (after conversion from non-US currency to US Dollars, if necessary) from the Customer less (i) any tax collected by the Company for or on behalf of any governmental or taxing authority (such as a sales tax or VAT), (ii) shipping and handling charges, (iii) restocking fees, (iv) credit card or other charges by attributable to the payment method used by the Customer, (v) currency conversion fees, or (vi) discounts, credit or allowances granted by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion.
Net Sale Price means the gross amount recognized by Bioenvision or its affiliates for the sale of a Product(s) through normal distribution channels (as determined by generally accepted accounting principles), less any discounts or deductions for value added taxes incurred and not recovered by Bioenvision or the equivalent in Great Britain or elsewhere in the Territory.
Net Sale Price means the net sale price for the Vehicle to be paid by the Customer to the Bank (as set out in Schedule 1) which is the aggregate of the Cost Price plus Profit, less the Deposit;

Net Sale Price means the List Price, less VAT or any other Sales Tax and any discounts given to agents, wholesalers or booksellers (as appropriate) in order to secure sales to the final customers;
