Restocking Fees. No restocking fees are permitted on any returns, defective or otherwise.
Restocking Fees. A. The Contractor may bill the City restocking fees (if specifically authorized by this Contract) for parts that are Ordered by the City under the Contract and returned for refund. The Contractor is not obligated to accept for refund any part that is not resalable and/or not in the same condition as when purchased.
Restocking Fees. In order to keep Educator Resource Center membership costs low and to facilitate quick turnaround of popular items, a restocking fee may be assessed. This will be charged in instances in which items or sets of items are returned in a condition or organization that is substantially discrepant from the condition in which the item or set was received by the patron. (Condition or organization refers to the cleanliness, organized packing, and/or completeness of the item or set that result in substantial staff time to process for the next checkout.) The minimum restocking fee is $50 per item or set. Descriptions of condition/organization are included in the catalog and/or with the packaged item or set.
Restocking Fees. The Customer will be charged a Restocking Fee of 10% of the EXW value of goods for any unopened Products in original condition. The Customer will be charged an Inspection and Repacking Fee of 20% of the EXW value of goods for any open box items or items not in their original condition.

Retailer will be charged a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for processing all Eligible Return Product returned to i.FILL or Valley; provided, however that no such fee will be charged for (a) Defective Product or (b) Product that was shipped to one of Retailer's customers but (i) was not listed on the customer's invoice or (ii) was incorrectly listed on the invoice.
