NCPC Charge definition

NCPC Charge means the charges to Market Participants as provided in Section III.3.2.3, Section III.6.4 and Appendix F.

Examples of NCPC Charge in a sentence

  • Any NCPC Charge associated with the Real-Time operation of the Special Constraint Resource is charged in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 19 of Section II of the Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff.

  • The Real-Time NCPC Credits calculated in accordance with Section III.6.4.3 for Local Second Contingency Protection Resources are aggregated into an NCPC Charge and charged to each Market Participant in proportion to the sum of its Real-Time Load Obligations (excluding Real-Time Load Obligations associated with Dispatchable Asset Related Demand Resource (pumps only) operation that is above its Minimum Consumption Limit) in MWhs during the Operating Day within the affected Reliability Region.

  • For hours for which a Local Second Contingency Protection Resource NCPC Charge is calculated and an Emergency energy sale is being made by the ISO, the amount (MWh) of Emergency energy sales will be included in the above calculation, with a proportional share attributable to the Emergency energy sale being added to the purchasing Control Area’s cost for Emergency energy.

  • With the exception of Day-Ahead External Transaction Import and Increment Offer NCPC Credits and Day-Ahead External Transaction Export and Decrement Bid NCPC Credits, the hourly credits are summed to determine the total credits for each NCPC Charge category for a day.III.F.3. Charges for NCPC III.F.3.1. Cost Allocation.III.F.3.1.1 Day-Ahead Energy Market NCPC Cost Allocation.

  • The Day-Ahead NCPC Credits calculated in accordance with Section III.6.4.3 for Local Second Contingency Protection Resources are aggregated into an NCPC Charge and charged pro rata to each Market Participant in proportion to the sum of its Day-Ahead Load Obligations in MWhs for that Operating Day for Locations within the affected Reliability Region.

  • With the exception of Day-Ahead ExternalTransaction Import and Increment Offer NCPC Credits and Day-Ahead External Transaction Export and Decrement Bid NCPC Credits, the hourly credits are summed to determine the total credits for each NCPC Charge category for a day.

  • The sum of the foregoing NCPC Credits as specified in Section III.3.2.3(i) shall be the NCPC Charge for synchronized condensing in the Real-Time Energy Market for the Operating Day in the New England Control Area.

  • Except as otherwise provided for under Section III.F.3, the sum of the foregoing NCPC Credits, plus any Cancellation Fees paid in accordance with Section III.1.10.2(d), such Cancellation Fees to be applied to the Operating Day for which the unit was scheduled, shall be the non-synchronized condensing NCPC Charge for the Real-Time Energy Market in each Operating Day.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Appendix F, Market Participants are not eligible to receive NCPC Credits for Coordinated External Transactions purchases or sales and shall be excluded from all NCPC Charge calculations under this Appendix F.Demand Response Resource Credit Calculations.

Related to NCPC Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such.   • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Adviser Charge : means the fee agreed with your financial adviser in remuneration for the personal recommendation received prior to submission of an Application Form.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
