National Marketing Fund definition

National Marketing Fund means the separate bank account used by Franchisor for the purposes specified in this Franchise Agreement. The Marketing Fund is not a trust or escrow account, and is managed by Franchisor in its sole discretion.

In the event of such substitution, any reference to the Determining Futures Exchange in the Terms and Conditions of these Securities shall be deemed to refer to the Substitute Futures Exchange.
