OTC Markets definition

OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.
OTC Markets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.
OTC Markets means OTCQX, OTCQB, OTC Pink, the OTC Bulletin Board.
