Marketing Fees definition

Marketing Fees means the percentage of the subsidy rate for discount promos that Home Credit may keep for itself in applicable situations, and which Home Credit can use and utilize for whatever purpose it deems proper, such as, but not limited to campaigns, marketing communication etc.
Marketing Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Marketing Fees means those fees defined in clause 9 hereof.

Marketing Fees means, in the aggregate, the amount of marketing fees collected by each Seller under the Franchise Agreements.
