Multicurrency LC Obligations definition

Multicurrency LC Obligations means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate Stated Amount of the then outstanding Multicurrency Letters of Credit and (ii) the aggregate amount of Unpaid Drawings under Multicurrency Letters of Credit which have not then been reimbursed pursuant to Section 2.11(f).
