Canadian Revolving Loans definition

Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
Canadian Revolving Loans as defined in Section 3.1(b).
Canadian Revolving Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

  • Except for Canadian Overadvances permitted under Section 2.05, in the event and on such occasion that the total Canadian Revolving Exposure exceeds any of the limits or sublimits contained in Section 2.01(b), the Canadian Borrower shall prepay the Canadian Revolving Loans, Canadian LC Exposure and/or Canadian Swingline Loans in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.

  • If for any reason the Excess Amount at any time is less than the Minimum Excess Amount at such time, the Borrowers shall immediately prepay the Domestic Revolving Loans and/or the Canadian Revolving Loans (other than the Bankers’ Acceptance Advances) and/or Cash Collateralize the Domestic L/C Obligations and/or Canadian L/C Obligations and/or Bankers’ Acceptance Advances in an aggregate amount sufficient to cause the Excess Amount to be greater than or equal to the Minimum Excess Amount.

  • The Canadian Borrowers shall repay to the Revolving Lenders on the Maturity Date for the Revolving Facility the aggregate principal amount of all Canadian Revolving Loans outstanding on such date.

Canadian Revolving Loans means Advances made to a Canadian Borrower pursuant to a Canadian Revolving Commitment.
Canadian Revolving Loans as defined have the meanings given in Section 2A.1, including by way of Bankers’ Acceptances and B/A Equivalent Loans, pursuant to Section 2A.1 or Section 2A.9.
