  • All computations of interest on Base Rate Loans and Unpaid Drawings hereunder shall be made on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable.

  • The Borrower shall (a) default in the payment when due of any principal of the Loans or (b) default, and such default shall continue for five or more days, in the payment when due of any interest on the Loans or any Unpaid Drawings, fees or of any other amounts owing hereunder or under any other Credit Document (other than any amount referred to in clause (a) above).

  • The Agent shall record the principal amount of the Loans owing to each Lender, the undrawn face amount of all applicable outstanding Letters of Credit and the aggregate amount of Unpaid Drawings obligations outstanding with respect to the Letters of Credit from time to time on its books.
