Unpaid Drawings definition

Unpaid Drawings has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(e).

Unpaid Drawings shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.04(a).

Unpaid Drawings means the Several Unpaid Drawings and the Fronted Unpaid Drawings.

Examples of Unpaid Drawings in a sentence

• All computations of interest on Base Rate Loans and Unpaid Drawings hereunder shall be made on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable.

• All payments of principal and interest made in respect of the Loans must be repaid in the same currency (whether Dollars or the applicable Optional Currency) in which such Loan was made and all Unpaid Drawings with respect to each Letter of Credit shall be made in the same currency (whether Dollars or the applicable Optional Currency) in which such Letter of Credit was issued.

• The Borrower shall (a) default in the payment when due of any principal of the Loans or (b) default, and such default shall continue for five or more days, in the payment when due of any interest on the Loans or any Unpaid Drawings, fees or of any other amounts owing hereunder or under any other Credit Document (other than any amount referred to in clause (a) above).

• Upon any change in the Revolving Loan Commitments or RL Percentages of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.13 or 13.04(b), it is hereby agreed that, with respect to all outstanding Letters of Credit and Unpaid Drawings relating thereto, there shall be an automatic adjustment to the participations pursuant to this Section 3.04 to reflect the new RL Percentages of the assignor and assignee Lender, as the case may be.

• The Agent shall record the principal amount of the Loans owing to each Lender, the undrawn face amount of all applicable outstanding Letters of Credit and the aggregate amount of Unpaid Drawings obligations outstanding with respect to the Letters of Credit from time to time on its books.

More Definitions of Unpaid Drawings

Unpaid Drawings shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.05(a).

Unpaid Drawings means, collectively, the Tranche 1 Unpaid Drawings and the Tranche 2 Unpaid Drawings.

Unpaid Drawings means, as of any date of determination, the amount set forth in clause (b) of the definition of LC Exposure.

Unpaid Drawings means the aggregate principal amount drawn under the Letters of Credit and paid by the Issuing Bank with respect to which the Borrower has not reimbursed the Issuing Bank.

Unpaid Drawings means, as of any date of determination, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the amount set forth in clause (b) of the definition of Canadian LC Exposure and (b) the amount set forth in clause (b) of the definition of U.S. LC Exposure.
