The Recipient shall implement the Project through MRDL, and/or cause the Communities to implement their respective Community Investment Subprojects, in accordance and compliance with the Environmental and Social Management Framework (“ESMF”) developed for the Project.
The Recipient, through MRDL, shall ensure that Communities be granted equal access to ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ financing.
