Monthly Term definition

Monthly Term means a month to month term. Open Broadcast Services is as defined in paragraph 15. Pricing Guide means Telstra Pay TV’s packaging and pricing guide for the Television Services, which sets out the Television Charges as is amended by Telstra Pay TV from time to time.
Monthly Term has the meaning given such term in Section 2.02(c).
Monthly Term means either one, two or three months (or such greater number of months as the Trust, the Agent and all the Banks may agree), as indicated in a Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election, as applicable.

Examples of Monthly Term in a sentence

  • Not earlier than one (1) month before expiry of the Minimum Term, the Customer may choose to subscribe to the same or another Fixed Term Plan and/or Monthly Term Plan.

  • The term of the Agreement (the “Term”) starts on the date on which Etisalat makes the Service available to the Customer (“Activation Date”) and depends on whether the Customer has subscribed to a Monthly Term Plan or a Fixed Term Plan.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Early Termination Date means the date determined in accordance with Section 6(a) or 6(b)(iv).

  • Monthly shall be construed accordingly;

  • Early Termination Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, these Conditions or the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Termination Rate means the lesser of (i) 6.5% per annum, compounded annually, and (ii) LIBOR plus 100 basis points.

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.

  • Last Monthly Benefit means the gross Monthly Benefit payable to the Insured Employee immediately prior to death. Any reductions for Other Income Benefits, or for earnings the Insured Employee received for Partial Disability Employment, will not apply.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Early Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Monthly Payment Date means the Payment Date (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Documents).

  • Base Term Beginning (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on August 31, 2024.”

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Early Termination means the Termination of Employment before Normal Retirement Age for reasons other than death, Disability, Termination for Cause or following a Change of Control.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Early Termination Charge means, with respect to any 2016-B Lease that is terminated prior to its Maturity Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the present value (discounted at the implicit rate of such 2016-B Lease) of all remaining Monthly Payments and (b) the excess, if any, of the adjusted 2016-B Lease balance over the related 2016-B Vehicle’s fair market wholesale value in accordance with accepted practices in the automobile industry (or by written agreement between the Servicer, on behalf of the Titling Trust, and the Lessee).

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Early Termination Payment is defined in Section 4.3(b) of this Agreement.

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Calendar Month means calendar month according to the Gregorian calendar.

  • Monthly Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
