Monthly Monitoring Form definition

Monthly Monitoring Form means the form to be completed and submitted to the Authority by the Recipient under Clause 4.3 which shall take the form of the template set out at Part A of Schedule 6.
Monthly Monitoring Form means the form to be completed for each Project and submitted to the Authority by the Recipient under Clause 12.3.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Remittance Report A report prepared by the Master Servicer and delivered to the Trustee and the NIM Insurer in accordance with Section 4.04.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.
