Monetary donation means anyfinancialcontrib-34 ution, including amonetarygift, loan, [in-kind donation,]or advance35 [or deposit of money or anything of value].36 (d) "Recipient entity" shall mean any corporation or entity that is37 qualified as an exempt organization or entity by the United States38 Department of the Treasury under I.R.C. 501(c)(4) that is required to39 file a source of funding report with the joint commission on public40 ethics pursuant to sections one-h and one-j of the legislative law.41 (e) "Reporting period" shall mean the six month period within a calen-42 dar year starting January first and ending June thirtieth or the six43 month period within a calendar year starting July first and ending44 December thirty-first.45 2. Funding disclosure reports to be filed by covered entities. (a) Any46 covered entity that makesa monetary donation oran in-kind donation in47 excess of two thousand five hundred dollars to a recipient entity during48 a [relevant] reporting period shall file a funding disclosure report49 with the [department of law] joint commission on public ethics. The50 funding disclosure report shall include:51 (i) the name and address of the covered entity that made the monetary52 or in-kind donation;53 (ii) the name and address of the recipient entity that received or54 benefitted from themonetary orin-kind donation;
