MOM Loan definition

MOM Loan. Any Mortgage Loan as to which MERS is acting as mortgagee, solely as nominee for the originator of such Mortgage Loan and its successors and assigns.
MOM Loan. A Mortgage Loan that was registered on the MERS(R) System at the time of origination thereof and for which MERS appears as the mortgagee of record on the Mortgage.
