SOFR Loan definition

SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR, other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition ofBase Rate”.
SOFR Loan means any Daily Simple SOFR Loan or Term SOFR Loan.
SOFR Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR as provided in Section 3.1(a)(ii).

  • If the Borrower requests a conversion to, or continuation of, a Term SOFR Loan, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one month.

  • Any prepayment of a Term SOFR Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued and unpaid interest on the amount prepaid, together with any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05.

  • If the Borrower requests a borrowing of a Term SOFR Loan in any such Notice of Borrowing, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one month.
