Xxxx or Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) the spouse and lineal descendants and spouses of lineal descendants of any Person named in clause (a), (c) the estates and legal representatives of any Person named in clauses (a) or (b), and/or (d) trusts established for the benefit of any Person named in clauses (a) or (b) and controlled by any Person named in clauses (a) or (b).
