Module Terms definition

Module Terms means the terms and conditions in respect of the applicable Module(s) as set out in the Module(s).
Module Terms means Digital Services Module 1. Objectionable Matter has the meaning given in clause 7(b)(xii); Order Form means an order form agreed between the parties for any Subscription Services; Our Material has the meaning given in clause 10(a)(iii);
Module Terms means the Print Module, Web Services Module and the LocalHub Module; Non-Recurring Services means Services that we provide on a one-off basis, including all Print Services and some Web Services; Objectionable Matter has the meaning given in clause 6(b)(xii); Order Form means an order form agreed between the parties for any Services; Our Material has the meaning given in clause 9(a)(ii);

Examples of Module Terms in a sentence

  • We may terminate, vary, or suspend the Traded FX Services provided to you under these specific Module Terms whether wholly or in part, without prejudice of the Clause 1.

  • During the period set out in the PO (the Support Period), the Supplier must perform the maintenance and support obligations set out in the PO and these Module Terms (Maintenance and Support) in respect of the Supplies identified in the PO (Maintained Supplies) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract, including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;

  • Order Form(s) means a request for Service describing the type and quantity of Services required by Customer and submitted and accepted by the Parties in accordance with Section 2(A) (Ordering Services). The Order Form may be presented and executed via the Administrative Portal.
