Digital Services. A. Stop Payment The Stop Payment feature within FSB Digital Banking is only for stopping payments on checks that you have written and have not yet been cleared by us. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information when requesting a Stop Payment within FSB Digital Banking. FSB shall not be liable for any inaccurate or missing information or if FSB has not had a reasonable time to act prior to the check clearing. This feature is accessible in the Online Services menu and provides a means to place a Stop Payment on a check you have written. Stop Payments within FSB Digital Banking cannot be used to cancel any other payments such as any transfers or Bill Payments. A complete Stop Payment is only effective for six (6) months after the date received by FSB and will automatically expire after that period unless renewed by you. FSB does not guarantee the ability to cancel or stop any payment. There may be a fee charged to your Account for using the Stop Payment feature. Please refer to the applicable Account Fee Schedule for additional information, which can be found on our website xxxxx://xxx.xxxx-xxxxxxxx.xxx/resources/forms or contact our Customer Call Center at the phone number listed on the first page of this Agreement.
Digital Services. Bank shall develop and maintain a digital banking platform (the “Digital Banking Platform”) in accordance with the technical specifications (as mutually agreed by the Parties in connection with the Program, and in accordance with Exhibit F.
Digital Services. ‌ During the term of the Contract, your subscription fee will also include the digital service package which is further described in your car specification. The digital services are governed by separate Volvo Cars Terms of Services that you can find here - Volvo Cars Terms of Services | Volvo Cars and in the Volvo Cars app. Please note that to activate and get access to some digital services that are being provided by a third- party service provider (that is not an entity within Volvo Car Group) you will have to separately accept the terms and conditions of such third-party. Please note that we apply a fair data usage policy (that you can find in the owners- manual of your car) in terms of data consumption. We reserve the right to suspend or limit your access to or use of such internet access services if your data usage is very high and disproportionate in relation to other users. This may affect the performance of the digital services. The legitimate use of the internet access services for this purpose will not breach our fair usage policy, however, you must not use the internet access services in an excessive or unreasonable manner.

Digital Services. For certain Services, the Securitas Group may provide digital services to the Customer. Digital Services. BMT shall develop and maintain a digital Banking platform (the “Digital Banking Platform”) in accordance with the technical specifications (as mutually agreed by the Parties in connection with the Program, and in accordance with Exhibit F. (a) The Digital Banking Platform shall be developed and maintained to function across multiple digital and mobile platforms and shall include, at a minimum, (i) an online Banking offering (the “Online Offering”) and (ii) a mobile banking offering (the “Mobile Offering”). Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the set of products and features offered by the BMT (the “Product and Feature Set”) that shall be developed and maintained in connection with the Digital Banking Platform and to change, from time to time, the Product and Feature Set described in Exhibit F offered to Customers. Bank may integrate third-party services into the Digital Banking Platform; provided, that, such integration is permitted by Applicable Law and is consistent with commercially reasonable security standards. (b) BMT agrees that, in connection with the Online Offering and the Mobile Offering, BMT shall make available, on a non-discriminatory basis, and implement any and all software, applications, specification standards, software development kits, application programming interfaces, and any related documentation to Bank and/or to any third-party service providers designated by Bank. BMT shall be responsible for managing and implementing any and all aspects of the interfaces in connection with the Online Offering and the Mobile Offering and the payment card networks. BMT shall be obligated to provide the information and materials required pursuant to this Subsection (b) regardless of whether Bank’s Product and Feature Set could compete with any of BMT’s then-current Product and Feature Sets or future Product and Feature Sets. For the avoidance of doubt, BMT shall be under no obligation to provide Bank with BMT’s source code. (c) BMT agrees that, in connection with the Online Offering and the Mobile Offering, BMT shall develop and maintain a mobile application to be used in connection with the Program (the “Mobile Application”) in accordance with the design specifications provided by Bank. BMT further agrees that the Mobile Application shall be made available to Customers through multiple

By using the Website, Application or Services, you give us permission to provide you with these interactive Services, communicate with you electronically and virtually deliver to you, personal health data, medical records and other information through use of messages, emails, and other technology. These interactive Services may include, but are not limited to analyzing samples such as stool, blood, saliva, cheek swab, and/or urine (“Samples”) collected from Users using our test kits, collecting information through our surveys (“Surveys”), patient education, and providing wellness recommendations, where applicable and appropriate. The Website, Application and Services may also allow Users to view certain information displayed from their medical records, including lab results. Provider expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any and all interactive services provided through the Website or Application due to any action by you that would constitute a violation of these Terms.
