Recurring Services services provided on a monthly basis beginning after the Effective Services Start Date.
Recurring Services. For recurring Services, Centre shall invoice Customer a month in advance at the beginning of each month, in accordance with industry practices. All fees are due within thirty (30) days from the date on Centre's Invoice. An ACH debit payment method can be setup for the payment of recurring monthly invoices. Customer will pay all bank charges, taxes, duties, levies and other costs and commissions associated with any bank wire transfer or other means of payment.
Recurring Services. For recurring Services and nonrecurring charges, CenturyLink bills fixed service charges in advance, and usage-based charges in arrears.
Recurring Services. Unless otherwise specified in the Order Form(s), Client will make the initial payment for Services upon execution of this Agreement. Subsequent payments will be due on the anniversary of the Effective Date for the balance of the term of this Agreement, including any extensions hereof.
Recurring Services. Either Party may terminate this Agreement without cause at any time on or after the first anniversary of the Effective Date, by providing to the other Party at least sixty (60) days prior written notice. This Agreement will automatically renew on an “evergreen” basis at the end of the initial term stated in the Order Form unless previously terminated or renewed by the Parties, and may thereafter be terminated by either Party on sixty (60) days advance written notice..
Recurring Services. The Recurring Services portion of this Order will systematically renew unless written notice of termination has been provided per the Master Agreement, at an amount equal to 105% of the prior year’s billed amount. SALES TAX Sales tax will be invoiced where applicable and is not included in the fee quote above. REMOTE SERVICES All Service Packages include remote time due to COVID-19. If circumstances change to allow onsite services to be performed, a new quote must be requested. PRICING & BILLING TERMS BILLING JustFOIA will invoice Customer as follows: Product/Service Description Timing of Billing All Recurring Annual Subscription and Supplemental Support Services ▪ Initial Sale: Upon providing Customer online access to the Solution. ▪ Annual Renewal: 75 days in advance of expiration date. Service Packages ▪ Upon delivery completion and Customer acceptance. JustFOIA shall not send any invoices, nor claim payment, for any fees or expenses incurred by JustFOIA until both parties authorize this Order. TECHNICAL & PROACTIVE SUPPORT JustFOIA offers both technical, proactive, and supplemental support options, covering additional training and assistance to administrators and users. TECHNICAL SUPPORT JustFOIA Technical Support is provided by email or telephone during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Customer can designate several individuals to be technical support contacts. There is no limit on the number of technical support calls that can be made. Customers may contact JustFOIA support through the online support center, by email (xxxxxxx@XxxxXXXX.xxx), or by telephone (000-000-0000). JustFOIA customers receive the following benefits: ▪ Free software updates ▪ Periodic user webinars ▪ Embedded system help files ▪ Technical bulletins and newsletters ▪ Email/Phone Support (see below) PROACTIVE SUPPORT JustFOIA’s dedicated Customer Success Specialist will continue to assist with post-implementation customer success, serving as a resource for questions and answers and throughout the year to discuss optimal system usage and ensure satisfaction. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE Pricing for the advanced block of hours is based on JustFOIA’s Support Technician hourly rate discounted by 10%. The number of hours will expire on the same date as the Subscription Period End Date. Administration Assistance can be used for the following: ADDITIONAL TRAINING Additional web-based training is conducted to train new users or as refresher training for existing users. ...
Recurring Services. Unisys will xxxx Egenera quarterly, semi-annually or annually as specified in the accepted Order for the specific engagement. Travel time is included in the recurring quarterly, semi-annual and annual Service rates within the distances from the Primary Services Cities as indicated in EXHIBIT A-13. For the recurring Services for the Level 1 and 2 supports Unisys provides hereunder in accordance with the pricing attached hereto in EXHIBIT B.
Recurring Services. If the Merchant is engaged in the provision of recurring services, the Merchant must: (i) obtain the Cardholder's written permission to periodically charge for recurring services; (ii) have the written approval of the Bank to submit by another method if a P.O.S. Terminal was not issued; (iii) retain a copy of the Cardholder's written permission for at least 18 months from the date of each transaction for the duration of the recurring services; (iv) not complete and submit or transmit a recurring transaction if the Merchant does not obtain an approval code from the Bank; (v) not complete and submit or transmit a recurring transaction if the Merchant receives a cancellation notice from the Cardholder.

Recurring Services. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and for the fees set forth in Schedule F, CSG agrees to provide Customer, at Customer’s request, the Recurring Services set forth in Schedule C in accordance with the Performance Standards set forth in Schedule L.
