Midwest ISO Tariff definition

Midwest ISO Tariff means the Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff for the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc., or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff that may take effect from time to time.
Midwest ISO Tariff means the then effective Open Access Transmission Tariff of the MISO.

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • Transmission System Operator means a natural or legal person responsible for operating, ensuring the maintenance of and, if necessary, developing the transmission system in a given area and, where applicable, its interconnections with other systems, and for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the transmission of electricity;

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).
