Examples of Mid-Year Deferral Election in a sentence
An employee who makes a Mid-Year Deferral Election may not make a Special Bonus Deferral Election.
A Mid-Year Deferral Election must be made within 30 days of the date on which an employee becomes eligible to participate and shall become irrevocable no later than the end of such 30th day.
For purposes of this rule, an employee who, prior to the effective date of the employee’s eligibility to participate in this Plan, is eligible to participate in a nonqualified deferred compensation plan of the Employer or any Affiliate that is an elective account plan shall not be deemed to be a newly eligible employee and shall not be entitled to make a Mid-Year Deferral Election.
An employee who first becomes eligible to participate in the Plan with respect to a Plan Year that either has already commenced or will commence in 30 days or less shall be entitled to make a Mid-Year Deferral Election.
