Examples of Micron Member in a sentence

  • The Parties agree, and shall cause their respective Relatives to agree, that, for the purposes of Article 17 of any Applicable Joint Venture Agreement, the term “ Senior Authorized Representative” shall mean, with respect to any Intel Member, the principal executive officer of Intel and, with respect to any Micron Member, the principal executive officer of Micron.
