Michigan License definition

Michigan License means the license agreement among OncoMed, the State of Michigan and the Regents of the University of Michigan for rights to certain technology owned or otherwise controlled by the State of Michigan and the Regents of the University of Michigan, dated January 5, 2001, as amended.
Michigan License means the form of license agreement entitled ---------------- "License Agreement/Michigan File 492c2 Technology/Therapeutic License" offered by the University of Michigan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Appendix 1.
Michigan License means the License Agreement, dated as of May 7, 2008, between the Regents of the University of Michigan and MDRNA (f/k/a Nastech Pharmaceutical Company Incorporated).

  • Retail license means one of the following licenses issued under this title:

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
