Mental Health Advisory Board means a board appointed by the Administrator and approved by the Governor to study the problems of persons with mental illness or developmental disabilities, assist in planning, and make recommendations to the Administrator for the development of policies and procedures with respect to the state mental health services, and developmental disabilities services programs.
