Member Share definition

Member Share means the minimum number of membership shares required to qualify for membership in the cooperative as stipulated in Peg City Car Co-op’s By-Laws.
Member Share means a membership interest in the Society having the rights set out in rule 10.1.

More Definitions of Member Share

Member Share means a share with the nominal value of 25p that is paid on admission to membership;
Member Share means the Member’s Share of the Property which at the date of this Agreement is set out in item 2 of the Schedule of First Home TOGETHER Terms as varied from time to time in the manner set out in this Agreement.
