Master Trust Transaction Documents definition

Master Trust Transaction Documents means the collective reference to the Pooling Agreement, the Series 2002-1 Supplement, the Series 2002-1 VFC, the Sale Agreement, the Servicing Agreement and the Guaranty.
Master Trust Transaction Documents means the Master Trust Indenture, the Custody Agreement, the Property Management Agreement, the LLC Agreements and the other Transaction Documents (as defined in the Master Trust Indenture).

Master Trust Transaction Documents means the Master Trust Indenture, the Custody Agreement, the Property Management Agreement, the LLC Agreements and the other Transaction Documents (as defined in the Master Trust Indenture). “Master Trust Indenture” means the Second Amended and Restated Master Indenture, dated as of May 20, 2014, among the Master Trust Issuers, as issuers, and the Trustee, as amended, restated and supplemented from time to time. “Master Trust Notes” means the classes and series of notes issued and outstanding under the Master Trust Indenture. “Master Trust Issuers” means Spirit Master Funding, LLC, Spirit Master Funding II, LLC, Spirit Master Funding III, LLC, Spirit Master Funding VI, LLC and Spirit Master Funding VIII, LLC.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Receivables Documents means all documentation relating to any receivables financing program providing for the sale of some or all Receivables Facility Assets by Company and its Subsidiaries (whether or not to a Receivables Subsidiary) in transactions purporting to be sales and shall include the documents evidencing any Permitted Accounts Receivable Securitization and any Receivables Factoring Facility.
