Master Materials means all takes, masters, negatives, positives, video, sound and other materials and/or recordings created for the Production, Completion or Delivery of the Film, whether incorporated into the Film or not;

Master Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.

• The Master Materials may be updated by MDT from time to time, provided that MDT may not update any Master Materials for the ADC MDT Glucose Sensors or bearing any ADC mark without the written agreement of ADC.

• Any Master Materials referencing the ADC MDT Glucose Sensors or bearing any ADC Marks must be approved by ADC in writing prior to use.
