Borrower Materials definition

Borrower Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

Borrower Materials shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01.

Examples of Borrower Materials in a sentence

• The Administrative Agent shall be entitled to treat any Borrower Materials that are not marked “PRIVATE” or “CONFIDENTIAL” as not containing any material non-public information with respect to the Parent Borrower, its Subsidiaries or their securities for purposes of federal and state securities laws.
