Marihuana business means a marihuana grower, marihuana safety compliance facility, marihuana processor, marihuana microbusiness, marihuana retailer, marihuana secure transporter, or any other type of marihuana-related business licensed by the state, inclusive of medical marihuana facilities, as defined under MCL 333.27102(1), and marihuana establishments, as defined under MCL 333.27953(h).
Marihuana business means a marihuana facility under the MMFLA or a marihuana establishment under the MRTMA, or both.
