Management Proposal definition

Management Proposal means those portions of the Proposal to be submitted in Envelope Two as set out in PART CFORM OF PROPOSAL, which expressly excludes any pricing information;
Management Proposal means a proposal presented by the Board for consideration at an annual meeting of Arotech’s stockholders that is anything other than for the election of directors or ratification of the appointment of Arotech’s independent auditors.
