Acquisition Proposal definition

Acquisition Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(a).
Acquisition Proposal means any offer or proposal (other than an offer or proposal by Parent or Merger Sub) to engage in an Acquisition Transaction.

Acquisition Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10.1.
Acquisition Proposal means any offer or proposal for, or indication of interest in, any acquisition of all or a portion of the Shares or any other assets or securities of the Company, whether by way of a purchase, merger, consolidation or other business combination.
Acquisition Proposal means any inquiry, proposal or offer from any Person (other than Buyer or any of its Affiliates) relating to the direct or indirect disposition, whether by sale, merger or otherwise, of all or any portion of the Business or the Purchased Assets.
Acquisition Proposal means any offer or proposal by any Person concerning any tender or exchange offer, proposal for a merger, share exchange, recapitalization, consolidation or other business combination involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries or any divisions of any of the foregoing, or any proposal or offer to acquire in any manner, directly or indirectly, a 10% or more equity interest in, or 10% or more of the assets, business or deposits of, the Company or any of its subsidiaries, other than pursuant to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Acquisition Proposal means any offer, proposal, inquiry or indication of interest (other than an offer, proposal, inquiry or indication of interest by Parent or its Affiliates) contemplating or otherwise relating to any Acquisition Transaction.
