Make Good Escrow Agreement definition

Make Good Escrow Agreement means the Make Good Escrow Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Company, Xxxx Capital Partners, LLC, as agent, the escrow agent (the “Make Good Escrow Agent”) set forth therein and Xxxxxx Xxx, in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Make Good Escrow Agreement means that certain make good escrow agreement by and among Xu Hong Bin, The Pinnacle Fund, L.P., as agent, Loeb & Loeb LLP, as escrow agent, and the investors party thereto, which investors include the Releasors.
