Majority Institutional Investors definition

Majority Institutional Investors means Institutional Investors Owning a majority of the Shares Owned by all Institutional Investors.
Majority Institutional Investors means, as of any date of determination, those Institutional Investors who are Continuing Investors that hold more than 50% of the aggregate Continuing Commitments held by all of the Institutional Investors who are Continuing Investors as of such date, in each case subject to Section 2.1.4.
Majority Institutional Investors as of any date of determination shall mean those Institutional Investors who beneficially own (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act) fifty percent (50%) or more of the total combined voting power of all shares of Common Stock then held by the Institutional Investors.

  • Professional Investor means an investor who possesses the experience, knowledge and expertise to make its own investment decisions and properly assess the risks that it incurs. Professional investors include, among others, entities which are required to be authorised or regulated to operate in the financial markets, large undertakings, and other institutional investors whose main activity is to invest in financial instruments;

  • Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners means Limited Partners holding in the aggregate Percentage Interests that are greater than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Limited Partners.

  • Note Majority means a majority by principal amount of the Noteholders.

  • Investors means the Initial Investors and any transferee or assignee who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 hereof.
