Required Investors definition

Required Investors means the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities.
Required Investors has the meaning set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • At any time following the Closing Date, the Required Investors may request that the Company prepare and file with the SEC one Registration Statement on Form S-1 or S-3 (if available), covering the resale of the Registrable Securities (the “Demand”).

  • Any term of this Agreement may be amended and the observance of any term of this Agreement may be waived (either generally or in a particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively), only with the written consent of the Company and the Required Investors.

  • Such Registration Statement shall not include any shares of Common Stock or other securities for the account of any other holder without the prior written consent of the Required Investors.


More Definitions of Required Investors

Required Investors means the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities outstanding from time to time. “Restriction Termination Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e).
Required Investors means (i) each Investor holding 20% or more of the Registrable Securities and (ii) the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities.
