Luitpold means Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries (including American Regent, Inc.), divisions, groups and affiliates controlled by Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
