Local monitor definition

Local monitor means a person or persons employed by local government to perform the duties of monitoring the operations of land appliers pursuant to a local ordinance.
Local monitor means a local monitor to be recruited by a Participating Commune for the performance of the technical and environmental feasibility studies as set forth in Section I.E.2 (vii) of Schedule 2 of this Agreement and/or for the performance of the technical and financial review of the implementation of each Microproject as set forth in Section I.F.1(vii) of Schedule 2 of this Agreement.

  • Individual monitoring means the assessment of:

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:
