Load management program definition

Load management program means a program to allow an energy utility, municipal utility, wholesale electric cooperative, as defined in s.16.957 (1) (v), retail electric cooperative, or munici- pal electric company, as defined in s. 66.0825 (3) (d), to control or manage daily or seasonal customer demand associated with equipment or devices used by customers or members.
Load management program means offerings by the Company to support passive or active managed charging, including but not limited to Automated (or Active/Dynamic) Load Management (“ALM”), other technologies that enable automated load-side actions in response to market and/or operational signals, and rate designs and mechanisms.
