Liquor Manager definition

Liquor Manager means, with respect to the Hotel/Casino Property, HRHI, or, if the context requires, another Qualified Liquor Manager.
Liquor Manager means the person who is responsible for the day to day operations of liquor sales at the licensed location and is responsible for enforcing the liquor license rules and regulations. A Liquor Manager is not required to be the on site manager of the licensed location.
Liquor Manager set forth in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and replaced with the following:

More Definitions of Liquor Manager

Liquor Manager means as of June 15, 2012, Hotel/Casino Borrower, or if the context requires, another Qualified Liquor Manager. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that (i) WGH is the key employee of Hotel/Casino Borrower, and (ii) to the extent permitted by applicable Legal Requirements (including without limitation, Gaming Law) Hotel/Casino Borrower, as Liquor Manager, shall be permitted to engage WGH, as its key employee, to conduct the sale of liquor at the Hotel/Casino Property provided that no such engagement shall relieve Hotel/Casino Borrower of its obligations hereunder as “Liquor Manager”.”
Liquor Manager as of any time, means the Person responsible for the sale of alcoholic beverages at the Resort.
Liquor Manager means, with respect to each Property pursuant to which the related Borrower does not own a liquor license, that certain Consent, Security Agreement and Agreement of Liquor Manager, dated as of the date hereof, between Lender and the relevant liquor manager.
Liquor Manager means as of the date hereof, WGH or, if the context requires, another Qualified Liquor Manager.

  • Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.

  • Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Designated Manager means manager designated by your business unit or department to supervise your personal trading and investing activities.

  • County Manager means the County Manager appointed by the County Council pursuant to the Luzerne County Charter;

  • ISA Manager means Investec Bank plc.

  • General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.

  • City Manager means the City Manager of the City.

  • Senior Managers means, with respect to the Company and each member of the Company Group, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the chief technology officer, the president, the general manager or any other manager with the title of “vice-president” or higher, or any other employee with responsibilities similar to any of the foregoing, of such entity.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Scheme Manager Means Gloucestershire County Council as administering authority of the Gloucestershire Local Government (LGPS) Pension Fund

  • Site Manager means an individual proposed to be named in the licence as a site manager

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
