LIMITATION OF VALUE. Occupant agrees that in no event shall the total value of all property stored be deemed to exceed $5000.00 unless Owner has given permission in writing for Occupant to store property exceeding that value. Occupant agrees that the maximum value for any claim or suit by Occupant, including but not limited to any suit which alleges wrongful or improper foreclosure or sale of the contents of a storage unit is the total value referenced above. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to create any liability on the part of Owner to Occupant for any lost or damage to Occupant's property, regardless of cause.

LIMITATION OF VALUE. Tenant agrees not to store property with a total value in excess of $5,000 without the written permission of the Landlord. If such written permission is not obtained, the value of Tenant's property shall be deemed not to exceed $5,000. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE ANY AGREEMENT OR ADMISSION BY OWNER OR MANAGER THAT OCCUPANT’S STORED PROPERTY HAS ANY VALUE, NOR SHALL ANYTHING ALTER THE RELEASE OF OWNER’S LIABILITY SET FORTH BELOW. THIS $5,000 LIMIT IS DEEMED TO BE THE MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE PROPERTY STORED IN THE SPACE AND THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE OWNER FOR ANY CLAIM.

If such written consent has m onthly liability fee as long as the Owner’s lock remains. not been obtained, the value of the Personal Property shall Locks placed by Owner on a Storage Space for any reason will only be removed during the Owner’s normal office business hours. Lock Cuts, either by request or due to delinquent payment/ auction preparations, will be performed by authorized employees only, where the tenant will be required to provide a picture ID and will be charged $15.00. Any tenant attempting to cut or remove any lock on the premises will be escorted from the building immediately and may face charges for breaking and entering or destruction of private property.

Nothing in this section shall be deemed to create any liability on the part of the Owner to the Occupant for any loss or dmages to the Occupant's property regardless of cause.

IF SUCH WRITTEN PERMISSION IS NOT OBTAINED, THE VALUE OF OCCUPANT 'S PROPERTY SHALL BE DEEMED NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.00. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE ANY AGREEMENT OR ADMISSION BY OWNER/MANAGER THAT OCCUPANT 'S STORED PROPERTY HAS ANY VALUE, NOR SHALL ANYTHING ALTER THE RELEASE OF OWNER/MANAGER 'S LIABILITY SET FORTH BELOW.
