LIBOR Reserve definition

LIBOR Reserve means the maximum percentage reserve requirement (rounded to the next higher 1/100 of 1% and expressed as a decimal) in effect for any day during the relevant Interest Period under the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation D for Eurocurrency liabilities as defined therein.
LIBOR Reserve. Percentage shall mean for any day the percentage (including any supplemental percentage applied on a marginal basis or any other reserve requirement having a similar effect), expressed as a decimal, which is in effect on the first day of the applicable Interest Period, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) under Regulation D (or any other then applicable regulation of the Board of Governors (or any successor)) with respect to "Eurocurrency Liabilities." The LIBOR Rate shall be adjusted automatically on and as of the effective date of any change in the LIBOR Reserve Percentage.
LIBOR Reserve means the maximum percentage reserve requirement (rounded to the next higher 1/100 of 1% and expressed as a decimal) in effect for any day during the LIBOR Interest Period under the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation D for Eurocurrency liabilities as defined therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Borrower has hedged the interest expense incidental to any Loan accruing interest based upon the LIBOR Rate by entering into an interest rate swap transaction pursuant to a swap agreement, LIBOR Rate shall be rounded five decimal places in accordance with the 1991 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the undersigned has hedged the LIBOR-Based Rate by entering into an interest rate swap agreement, LIBOR shall be rounded five decimal places in accordance with the 1991 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.
