LIBERTY STOCKHOLDER GROUP definition

LIBERTY STOCKHOLDER GROUP means Liberty and those Subsidiaries of Liberty that, from time to time, hold Equity subject to this Agreement.
LIBERTY STOCKHOLDER GROUP means Liberty and those Subsidiaries of Liberty that, from time to time, hold Equity subject to this Agreement. “Market Sale” means a “brokers’ transaction” within the meaning of Section 4(4) of the Securities Act.

  • Stockholder Group means the Stockholder and each Person (other than any member of the Company Group) that is an Affiliate of the Stockholder.

The provisions of this Section 10 shall be construed, corrected and implemented in a manner so as to effectuate the intended beneficial ownership limitation herein contained.
