legal privilege means the confidentiality accorded to any communication between a lawyer and a client for the purposes of obtaining or providing legal advice or legal representation in respect of any criminal matter but does not extend to any conduct of the lawyer or material in the possession or control of the lawyer for the purposes of aiding and abetting, assisting, attempting, counseling, conspiring, concealing or procuring the commission of criminal conduct by the client or any other person;
legal privilege means communications and/or documents between an attorney and his or her client for the purpose of rendering professional advice relating to pending or possible litigation. Legal Privilege does not apply to communications made with the intention of furthering a criminal purpose.
