Trading Privileges definition

Trading Privileges means Trading Access or the right granted to a Person to use the SEF operated by BSEF for execution of Swaps. No Person may exercise Trading Privileges on behalf of a Participant during any suspension of such Participant’s Trading Privileges.
Trading Privileges means the right, granted to a Participant, Authorized Trader or an Authorized User to transmit Orders and originate and/or respond to Requests for Quotes through the Trading System.
Trading Privileges means the right granted to a Participant to transmit Orders for certain or all Contracts through the Exchange Trading System.

  • The Company shall act to terminate such Authorized User’s Trading Privileges or other use of and access to the Trading System in accordance with procedures established by the Company.

  • Upon the effective date of the withdrawal of a Participant, all rights and privileges of such Participant, its Authorized Traders and its and their Authorized Users shall terminate (including such Participant’s Trading Privileges and ability to access the Trading System).

  • Upon the withdrawal of a Participant, all rights and privileges of such Participant shall terminate (including, without limitation, the Trading Privileges and ability to access the MarketAxess SEF Trading System).


More Definitions of Trading Privileges

Trading Privileges means the right granted by the MarketAxess SEF to a Participant to transmit Orders for certain or all MarketAxess SEF Swaps through the MarketAxess SEF Trading System.
Trading Privileges means the right, granted to a Participant, such Participant’s Sponsored Access Firms and Registered Traders, to access the Trading Platform or to effect Block Trades pursuant to the Rules.
Trading Privileges means the right granted to a Participant by the SEF, or extended to a Sponsored Participant by a Sponsoring Participant, to use the SEF for execution of Swaps, in each case acting through one or more Authorized Traders.
Trading Privileges means the right granted by Tradition SEF to: (i) a General Participant to directly transmit Orders for certain or all Swaps through the Platform for each of its Proprietary Accounts, and (ii) any Participant if registered or exempt in any applicable capacity and authorized to act on behalf of Customers in accordance with Applicable Law, for the accounts of such Customers.
Trading Privileges means the right granted to a Participant to use BMTF.
Trading Privileges means the right granted to a Participant to, directly or indirectly, transmit Orders and/or enter transactions for certain or all Swaps through the SEF Platform or subject to BSEF Rules. No Person may exercise Trading Privileges on behalf of a Participant during any suspension of such Participant’s Trading Privileges.
Trading Privileges means the rights granted to a Participant to transmit Orders and/or otherwise effect Transactions whether directly or indirectly, including through an ISV, on or pursuant to the Rules of Tera, either on its own behalf or as an Executing Firm on behalf of an Account Holder or Customer.
