Lead Form definition

Lead Form means an opportunity registration form that is published by Licensor from time to time and available to Partner on Licensor partner portal or on request.
Lead Form. CAO will also create a personalized Digital Lead Form for all Cert Coaches. This form will be used by the Cert Coaches to submit their client information. Once client information is entered in the digital form, it will be automatically entered into CAO database system under the Cert Coach name. ICC’s client information will be exclusive to the IMR that initially submitted their information. All client information entered by CAO will also be sent to ICC’s e-mail.
Lead Form means a form substantially like Schedule 2 that specifies the Prospect, the nature of the Opportunity and the Software and Services for which the parties are to try and secure a sale.

Examples of Lead Form in a sentence

  • Everbridge shall have the right to contact the Client (i) with respect to sales of any Everbridge Services outside of the Approved Lead Registration Period, or (ii) with respect to sales of any Everbridge Services not included in the Lead Form during the Approved Lead Registration Period only in coordination with Partner.

  • The Company agrees to pay the Owner Operator ten Percent (10%) of sales, or such other percentage As the parties may agree, of the first twelve (12) Months for each new customer that the Owner Operator provides a Sales Lead for on the Sales Lead Form supplied by the Company.

  • A “Qualified Prospect” shall mean an End User that is not a current customer or prospect of Company or its resellers or sales agents at the time of the Lead Form submission, is identified on a Lead Form submitted to Company as a potential End User, and that has been accepted by Company.

  • Referring Client shall identify each potential customer (“Proposed Lead”) and relevant commercial conditions relating to such Proposed Lead in a Pepperi Lead Form, Appendix A (“PLF”), a standard form generated by Pepperi or via some other method at Pepperi's option.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, and unless otherwise agreed by the parties in a properly executed Lead Form, in no event shall the referral credit for any Qualified Lead exceed $150,000.00.

  • Each Lead Form will apply only to the specific use cases and Prospect that are referenced in such Lead Form.

  • You shall identify, register, and provide relevant commercial conditions relating to an opportunity to provide the Commissionable Product to a prospective end client (“Proposed Lead”) in a Medius Lead Form (“MLF”), which is a standard form generated by Medius (and available online via a link provided to You by Medius), or via some other method at Medius’s option.
