Lead Contracting Agency means the LEAGUE OF OREGON CITIES, which is the governmental entity that issued the Request for Proposal and awarded this resulting Master Price Agreement.

Examples of Lead Contracting Agency in a sentence

  • Any modification of this Agreement as between Vendor and any Participating Agency shall not be deemed a modification of this Agreement for the benefit of the Lead Contracting Agency or any other Participating Agency.

  • The Lead Contracting Agency and each Participating Agency contracting hereunder acknowledge and agree that any agreement entered into in connection with any Purchase Order hereunder shall constitute a modification of this Agreement as between the Vendor and the Participating Agency.

  • Such certificates of insurance shall be made available to the Lead Contracting Agency upon 48 hours’ notice.

  • Upon termination of the original three (3) year term, this Agreement shall automatically extend for up to three (3) successive one (1) year periods; (each a “Renewal Term”); provided, however, that the Lead Contracting Agency and/or the Vendor may opt to decline extension of the MPA by providing notification in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the annual automatic extension anniversary of the Initial Term.

  • State Contracting Agency means the department for which this contract is to be performed and for which the Commissioner or Authorized Designee acted in signing this contract.

  • Cooperating agency means any Federal agency other than a lead agency which has jurisdiction by law or special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved in a proposal (or a reasonable alternative) for legislation or other major Federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. The selection and responsibilities of a cooperating agency are described in Sec. 1501.6. A State or local agency of similar qualifications or, when the effects are on a reservation, an Indian Tribe, may by agreement with the lead agency become a cooperating agency.

  • Contracting entity means any person that has a primary business purpose of contracting with participating providers for the delivery of health care services.

Collection agency includes a person that uses a fictitious name or the name of another in the collection or repossession of claims to convey to the debtor that a third person is collecting or repossessing or has been employed to collect or repossess the claim.

  • Contracting Authority means any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Procuring Agency means all State of New Mexico agencies, commissions, institutions, political subdivisions and local public bodies allowed by law to entertain procurements.
